Thank you Ashtons on helping us find our new property, this is now the 2nd move with Ashtons, and I must say how pleased we are. They have found us the perfect house twice, great owners / landlords, and then gone through all the detail very well making sure we had help along the way. Fantastic service from all at Ashtons and especially Colin, who found a lovely tenant the first day Ashtons took on my property. Flawless service, fantastic communication and I’m happy in the fact that the property is being managed well for both myself and my new tenants.

We are currently in the process of selling our home & buying our next home through Ashtons. The process has been effortless thanks to the wonderland India in our Harpenden Branch. After initially putting the feelers out just to see what interest our property would have before going to market India had lined up prospective buyers with offers being made within days. India also arranged house viewings for us & we found our next house at the right price thanks to her great negotiations. We hope to complete over the next few weeks. All in all a very positive experience so far.
