Was with another 'online' estate agent and luckily had a visit from one of King's agents, so decided to give them a try alongside the original agent, and it was definitely the right decision. I had more viewings, with people who actually wanted to buy a property, and have now sold within 10 weeks. I found them always professional and helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Sometimes there were slight communication issues but that was more to do with a change in staff members than anything else. and once that was addressed all has been fine. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend them. They did what they said they were going to do, which is all you can ask for!!

Kings were fantastic dealing with the same of my house, and in particular Richard. You have been more than just my estate agent, you’ve become a friend. You may just be doing your job but you’ve kept me afloat and confident and I’ll never forget that. I first started trying to move in March 2018 so this has been a long road for me and you have been the best support. Lots of things have been going on in the background that have made it that much harder also. I think the general opinion about estate agents is that they are vultures, but I have only known you to be 100% committed to your customers and you actually carried me along on my journey and I seriously don’t know how well I would’ve done financially but also emotionally had I been dealing with someone else.
