I have had nothing but the best service since first having a phone call with Mollie from Intercounty Old Harlow all the way through to renting a flat through Intercounty for around a month now. Since first ringing up, it has felt like I've been chatting to some friends and somehow managed to rent a flat off of them... Mollie has made the process much easier than I though it could be - even being able to have a laugh during the supposedly stressful renting process. After moving in, I was still checked up on and made to feel as though I had help with the flat whenever I needed it (something that was not at all necessary but made life much easier). There were a few issues with the flat after moving in, but Mollie, Will, and Maxine had these issues sorted out within days (if not hours) of myself bringing them up - with Will popping round to scope out the problems and, again, making the process much easier and calmer by having a chat and a laugh during. I can honestly say that it has been an absolute delight going through Intercounty Old Harlow, and I look forward to hopefully renewing rent or moving into a new place through them.

Since day one of our buying process the team, at Intercounty in Harlow, were extremely supportive and proactive. My wife and I were communicated to on a regular basis and any info we needed was given in a very timely manner. We were looked after by many of the team at various stages and all were very professional and friendly. We would quite easily use Intercounty again and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a great estate agent.

What can I say. I haven't been the easiest of clients due to our sale falling through a few times and us picking some dodgy houses to buy as well, but Peter, Ted, Cemil and Jason have been fantastic. Any normal person would avoid my calls with the amount of times that I phone them, but no, these guys are always happy to help and go that extra mile. The team always give me their honest opinion, and I can't thank them enough for it. They are truly a team that cares about their clients

After a previously bad experience with an estate agents, I felt that Peter, Cemil and Ted really went above and beyond to help my purchase go through as smoothly as possible. Will was extremely helpful when we were recently looking to find a local rental property. He was always on hand to answer any questions we had and he kept us informed with regular updates. This was definitely the best experience I have had so far with any property agent.

I cannot recommend the team at Intercounty Old Harlow enough. From our first interaction they were knowledgable, supportive and took the time to listen and share their market insights with us. Within a few viewings they had sold our flat for the price we wanted. They handled the whole process incredibly - even in the face of huge pressure thanks to the Stamp Duty Holiday deadline (which we met, thanks to their hard work!) This team is truly amazing. From the moment we met Peter the Sales Manager in the office through to Ted holding a Saturday viewing with 16 prospective buyers (which I was able to miss in favour of a leisurely day out) and then ten days later Peter advising us on which buyers to proceed with, the service level and communication from this branch were consistently utterly professional and reassuring. We hadn’t moved house for over fifteen years, so we needed some educating on more recent trends, and Peter and his team could not have been more helpful or patient with us. On top of this, we were selling two properties and buying one, but Peter was not daunted by this idea and provided us with lots of help and encouragement. Thanks to him, our choice of buyers to proceed with turned out to be spot on which helped us get through a process which unfortunately in the final few weeks became mired in difficulty. This was due to the unexpected uncertainty and disruption caused by the systems issues at Premier Property Lawyers who were handling one of the sales on behalf of one set of buyers and also acting for the vendor in our own purchase. As a result of these problems, our exchange of contracts was delayed and we could not move on the date that all parties had agreed upon. Throughout this time Peter and his team were on the case constantly and eventually after what seemed like an eternity (a process our own solicitor described as ‘horrendous’) we finally exchanged contracts and were able to plan our move with a new and very welcome sense of certainty. If ever we had to sell our new property (not something we are contemplating for a moment at present!) there is no doubt that our first port of call would be Intercounty Harlow branch.

All the team at Intercounty have helped us so much on the Sale off the house . From the start Jason showing people around the house very smart and polite helping us on the very fast sell off our property. Ted as always been a delight on the phone upbeat and always getting messages dealt with quickly and efficiently but Peter Cuffaro intercounty's Manager has surpassed himself who's been so helpful on our case and guided us through the ups and downs All I can say is if your looking for a Esate agent don't look any further then Intercounty we Finally did it.

Ahhhhhh now where do I begin with this lovely team at InterCounty? From the moment we embarked on the renting out of our property Dan, William, Molly and Emma have been ACE! All communication was easy peasy, efficient and kind, a trait which I personally rate very highly as a quality. William who became our main point of contact until the tenants moved in is brilliant and has kept us informed of everything we needed. We have all been thrilled with him. We had a few agents around before we chose InterCounty Old Harlow and we most certainly do not regret our decision. There was no hard sell, no cheesy lines, no smarmy soundbites. There are always going to be things along the road which cause a bump but I believe that with Dan, William, Molly and Emma they will see us right as we rent out the beloved family home. If you believe in treating people, even Estate Agents, as you expect to be treated yourself then you should have no problems here. All are so easy to talk to. If you are thinking of getting a team onboard to rent your home out, we are delighted with the rentals posse and I think that you should at least give them a whirl. Please buy them all a bun from Dorrington's in Old Harlow High Street when you see them though, as they are all a bit partial to one!

I loved the experience with intercounty. I came to Harlow, didn't manage to get the time to get a view. Mollie was kind enough to go in to the flat and send me a video of the flat which I picked online. was quite sceptical. when I get to the place I found it perfect. Everything is in order indeed. Paper work went smooth. staff are friendly and flexible. I highly recommend them
