As soon as the previous tenants indicated they would be moving on Ricci was on the front foot lining up suitable replacements. She understood my requirement for a maintenance period between tenancies and when the timescale of that changed she worked hard to keep all elements in sync by coordinating every aspect of the changeover making sure everything that needed to happen, happened as and when agreed. I was kept informed of progress and received fast responses to my enquires. Very pleased the high standards and personal approach I am use to have been maintained, Ricci's professionalism is second to none and she is a credit to the business.
