Excellent Service

With new Tenants recently in place, I have mostly been dealing with a young lady called Sarah and throughout the whole process., she has been responsive, professional and kept me informed every step of the process. This is the first time we have used Howick and Brooker as a letting agent and as soon as we are able we intend to move our other rental property from another local letting agent to Howick's. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. .

Lettings team professional from top to bottom

I wanted my property to be rented out and i had researched and asked around about agents in the area, HB Lettings ltd although only 5 years in trading absolutely covered the whole scenario in great depth and simple to understand language making me feel so comfortable. Mr Giles Brooker the director explained the services on offer with competitive rates in great depth so i knew exactly what i would be getting and how their system and process works internally, I was then passed onto Miss Sarah Chumbley who worked on the marketing side and valuation criteria, i was pleased with the rental amount achievable and also how she would go about sourcing the correct tenants that would not only suit my property but also treat it with the respect it deserves as if it was their own. I'm glad to say they found the perfect tenants i was envisaging to live long term there in a matter of days. the detailed checks were all sorted with minimum fuss and all seems well. I recently met Mrs Jayne Barry who heads up the managing and maintenance team who explained how it all works should issues arise with the property. I felt so relieved with what I've seen i have every intention on moving my other properties over when the time comes. Well done H&B Keep up the good work!!!
