Sold my property in quick time.

Goodchilds Hanley Listed my property for sale on the Friday had viewings on the Saturday, An offer was received and accepted by the Wednesday. Rob Norton and his team maintained control with the Buyer and the Solicitor and had it all completed within 6 weeks. I was kept in the loop all along the process and can highly recommend the Team at Goodchilds Hanley. A fantastic job well done.

As a buyer, they were great

Excellent advice, service and support

Goodchilds in Hanley recently acted as my selling agent for a property that I had previously tried, unsuccessfully, to sell several years earlier using another agent before renting out. I was incredibly impressed by the professional, courteous and efficient service I received from the team at Goodchilds and, this time, I received an offer less than 3 weeks after the property was marketed and the sale was completed around two months later. As I did not live locally, I feared this may make things more complicated or slow things down but Goodchilds were very supportive and responsive. I was kept in close communication throughout the whole process and everything was arranged for me. I was really impressed with all, of the team but special mentions to Lisa, Bradley and Rhys for all their advice and support.

Sale

Excellent service in sale of my property. Handled all viewings, kept me informed of progress. Sale agreed 7 weeks, sale price above my expectations. Introduced me to solicitor who was marginally cheaper than my own. I was so pleased I have recommended to a friend who has placed the sale of a property with them.

Very pleased

All too often estate agents have a bad press, they don't listen, they put in very little effort and know nothing about the properties for sale. Not so with Goodchilds, from the first time I phoned to the last contact I have only praise for them. After the first viewing I rang, the office was still open at 1730 hours and I spoke to a very effective to woman. Thanks Goodchilds
