Very positive experience selling through G&B. I'd had a sale fall through, having marketed by myself with an online agent, so gave the property to G&B who quickly got me a new offer which proceeded to completion. Jeremy was on the ball the whole way through, nursing both myself and the purchaser and the lenders and solicitors. Communication and service were excellent!

After we haven’t had any offers on our house with another estate agency, we’ve decided to go with Godfrey and Barr, which have a greater presence in our area and indeed within 4 weeks they’ve managed to deliver us 3 strong offers.
