Sara was AMAZING to work with. She is increadibly quick, detailed and on your side to make sure you get the best value. Thank you for the help and working with me. We will definitely use you again in the future.

So grateful for the incredible service given by Sara at Godfrey and Barr; she not only helped us to find a fantastic rental that suited us perfectly, but she guided us through all the processes, and was so responsive at every stage of our tenancy. I feel so lucky to have called Godfrey and Barr; Sara couldn’t have been more focused on helping us find the right place, to get us settled and to sort out any and all of the minor issues that arose during our time there. I heartily recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area.

We recently purchased our house through G&B. They are tough negotiators but generally offer a great service all round. We had the pleasure of dealing with Emma and she was a delight. We expect we will use G&B to sell our home in the future.

Excellent and honest service with a thorough knowledge of the local area. I would definitely use them again

Great support from Jeremy at G&B to get our sale over the line

Fabulous agent. Jeremy Fine was outstanding through a sometimes difficult and protracted property sale, always available, giving us invaluable advice and guiding us through to a fabulous result, maximising the sale price and achieving everything we hoped for. I can’t recommend them enough.

A very professional organisation, knowledgeable about the area and very helpful with advice and support. They made a difficult process much easier. Highly recommended.

Sara was lovely. Helped every step of the way. Made my move stress free. Thank you!
