Throughout the whole process they conducted themselves in a manner which left 'no stone unturned', right from assessing the property, marketing it to subsequent viewings, which led to where we are today -the property being sold. Thoroughly professional throughout the whole process of buying my first house. Mike,who showed me round the house and kept in touch throughout the process was a complete star. Even dropped the keys to me at work so I didn't have to travel to their branch. Nice touch.

Dean looked after us from start to finish. He arranged at very short notice our first viewing, as we were going away on holiday. He kept in touch with regards to our offer, and the photos on the listing were good and the description accurate. His communication let him down at times as we had to chase him to get replies, but we feel that he is far too busy and that he needs help and support. To be on call 24/7 is too much to expect of anybody, and Dean does have clients interest at heart.
