Wow!, I am not normally one for writing reviews regardless of good or bad service but i feel compelled to do so in this case. What can I say about Ewe Move, Mike, and the team?, just a fantastic experience so far, The whole team go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. We had two properties to sell one was our Mother in laws and the other our own. Our plan was to combine funds so we can find a bigger property to accommodate our ageing Mother in law. Once instructed the properties were placed on the market within a day and both properties sold within a day! (Although we did not market each property at the same time.) The process was so simple with e-documents to sign which speeds everything up and eliminates the time constraints that traditional mail can pose. We had sold the first property within a day, fantastic, but we had yet to market our own house. We went to view a house on Wednesday 12/08/2020 which we fell in love with but because we had not yet marketed our own we were not in a proceed-able position. We were panicking because we really wanted this house but their had been a huge amount of interest in it and we were just not in a strong position to proceed . We contacted Mike who came round at 9am the following morning, having specifically changed his diary to accommodate us so he could take pictures, notes etc to market our home, which went live the same day. That same evening two viewings were booked for the following day. The second of those viewings made an offer and it was accepted. From our instruction it took Ewe Move less than 48 hours to market and sell our house. The outcome of this has meant we had our offer accepted and that would simply not have happened without the first class service Ewe move have provided. Mike, Wendy and the rest have the staff have been brilliant and we cant thank them enough, I would highly recommend their service, you will not be disappointed.
