We recently rented a flat managed by Stow Brothers. The experience with regards to the letting process, background verification and other processes were handled very well, no complaints there. Communication was quick and timely. However the reason for 3 stars (which would be 2.5 if google let me) is that we have had a terrible experience getting the approved contractors or handymen to visit and fix things around the house. The associated contractors and handymen are highly unprofessional, try cutting corners where possible and lack a basic sense of responsibility. For more than a month, it has just been back and forth with the agency and these handymen. The fixes were highly required by us to help us settle down at the new place but the delays have been frustrating. Although the letting agency does their best to control the damage, I really wish they had a better team of contractors.

Overall, the experience with the Estate agent during a recent property transaction did not meet expectations due to issues with communication and case management. The overall attentiveness level was inconsistent. Other local estate agents provided more proactive updates and information throughout the process. A problem arose after completion day concerning the lack of keys. When assistance was requested, the matter was considered outside the agent's responsibility. This lack of support was disappointing. Other agents within the chain provided more comprehensive and timely information. A formal explanation of the agency's policy regarding the key handover process on completion day and an acknowledgment of the communication shortfall would be appreciated. This feedback is intended to help improve the experience for future clients.

Started out well but now can't seem to get any response or support. Placed an order almost a month ago, can't get any update on the progress of the order despite numerous emails. Tried calling and sat in a queue for over 10 minutes before I gave up. Placed my order elsewhere. I don't think I'll be renewing any contracts with Global 4.

Giving this dreadful company 1star because I can't give less. If you value your own company don't even consider using any part of the Gobal 4 company. Very unfortunately we are stuck in a contract because they bought out our previous IT company and although they fail to meet our SLA they refuse to negotiate on us ceasing our contract and parting ways They are so bad that we have decided to pay a different company and so are now paying twice which as a charity is not ideal but we couldn't carry on with the total lack of support. Avoid at all costs

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this telephone company has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. What should have been a straightforward issue turned into a six-month complaint process filled with repeated mistakes, poor communication, and endless back-and-forth. I attended multiple planning discussions and Zoom calls trying to resolve matters professionally and patiently, yet the situation was repeatedly mishandled. The most unacceptable part of the experience was being called a liar by representatives while I was simply trying to correct errors made by the company itself. As a customer, I expected accountability, respect, and basic professionalism — none of which were consistently shown throughout this process. The frustrating part is my account manager has left the company and it’s my word against his. Secondly I am in a contract with company until 2028! I hate leaving such reviews but this was my experience.

Our original IT company “sold our contract” to Global4 and unfortunately the service has been appalling from the start. Although “support” is meant to be provided at a monthly cost, it is either substandard, delayed or ceased to exists. Recent disputes and trying to get out of the contract has meant a cease on our lease line and as a CARE HOME, this is just absolutely appalling. If you value your communication to your stakeholders, please do not use this company for your IT needs.
