I had really bad experience with Manning Stainton, Guiseley. Non professional, arrogant and rude attitude on the phone. I will not trust the sale of my property through this branch. The main reason: l have many doubts that they will deliver the best price for my property and a good professional service to me and to prospective buyers. Would give 0 star if I could. Happy to take your money but not happy to resolve issues. We had mold in the house to which they blamed us for 2 years and it turned out the roof was leaking due to lots of broken tiles. Do not rent from them. Horrible company and aftercare service is none existant! Horrible horrible horrible....! Avoid.
