I’m so pleased we chose to sell our house via Manning Stainton in Guiseley - from Simone’s valuation and invaluable advice, through to Emmie being our point of contact for our sale, and then Nathan for our purchase the service was exceptional from all. Jack was always on hand too for viewing queries. At such a stressful time it’s great to feel that they are doing their very best for you and your sale/purchase. We were then allocated Tori as our move manager - and she kept me sane and informed throughout the whole process. At times it was like she was working actual magic with the solicitors and ‘making things happen’. At a time when everyone was pushing for a March completion to avoid the stamp duty hike, the whole team went above and beyond, particularly Tori. Hopefully we won’t be moving again but if we do, we’d absolutely use Mannings in Guiseley and I’d be putting in a request for Tori!
