Ryan and Lucy have been absolutely incredible estate agents, from when they first came to offer some advise 2 years ago and value the house to when we eventually decided was the right time to buy. Together as a team they make you feel valued as a client and will answer the phone or emails all throughout the day (and late into night) there professionalism throughout the process and help they offer from how to prepare the house, coming to take photos and throughout the process is second to none! They add that personal touch and will go out there way to help with questions, chasing solicitors, putting on the pressure with other estate agents and just being on the phone to rant to if something isnt going the way you thought it should with the conveyancing process. I am so glad we went with them as they make you feel like you are there only customer and will do everything they can to help. If you have a house sale or letting coming up I would 100% recommend them. Ryan was great right from the start. He was super helpful in advice before marketing. He was enthusiastic about finding a buyer. Lucy supported with all the admin and was very professional throughout. Their fees are slightly lower than other agents but this doesn’t mean you get less of a service. I have dealt with high street agents and did not rate them at all. Would not hesitate to recommend Ewemove as I felt they were so focused on our property and got the sale over the line.
