We brought our first home through Josh, he was so helpful throughout our journey. He was available for additional viewings out of hours and at weekends. He was responsive to any queries we had and we never waited longer then an hour for a WhatsApp message back. and was always available for a quick call. He would frequently check in with us and the seller to see where we were at with solicitors and even chased the solicitors on our behalf multiple times to ensure a smooth and quick process.
