Kat was very genuine and like a fresh breath of Air, told me the information I required. She also sounded very genuine and caring and very polite. I'm lost for words. She was so genuinely nice that I just cannot put it into words really. She expressed genuine interest in my enquiry and also gave me proper answers that were straight and true.
