Bertie and Gary were absolutely fantastic, they worked extremely hard and got me the best possible price for my house, and gave me great advice. They were really on the ball and always kept me updated with everything through a very stressful time. Thank you Curchods!!

Outstanding service. Very nice guys! Well done Matthew!!

Just completed on a purchase via Matthew at Curchods, Guildford - more than happy with the service, very professional with a personal touch. Thank you!

Trying to move house is stressful and the reliance you have on the estate agent to give you clear and honest support and feedback cannot be under estimated. Matthew has been superb throughout the whole process. I can't fault Curchods at all and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

I found everyone in the Curchods team to be amazing particularly Matthew who managed my sale with a very tight deadline. Lovely bunch of people, genuine and honest, none of the empty promises and poor service I've experienced from other estate agents. I would thoroughly recommend using them.

Unlike many other estate agents, Bertie kept in touch on a regular basis sending details of suitable properties to us. He always responded promptly to emails and was generally very helpful. I would certainly recommend Bertie and Curchods to anyone who is looking to buy a property.

Very good service. Sold the property on first viewing. Berties did a great job

Matthew was very helpful when it came to ensuring communication was quick and efficient between us and the seller. He was great at keeping us in the loop and helped to make sure we exchanged when we wanted to,

Dealt with Matthew Addison-Smith with my purchase. He was very professional, informative and efficient. Would recommend!

All the team acted professionally and in a friendly manner and went out of their way to try and smooth the path that is the process of buying and selling. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
