Kat was very genuine and like a fresh breath of Air, told me the information I required. She also sounded very genuine and caring and very polite. I'm lost for words. She was so genuinely nice that I just cannot put it into words really. She expressed genuine interest in my enquiry and also gave me proper answers that were straight and true. Kat Mroz was the estate agent that I bought my house through, she is very personable, empathetic and professional. It was a long journey (10 months from initial viewing to moving in) but we maintained rapport throughout. She is different from other estate agents that I’ve encountered in that she made me feel like her client too. Great experience!
