We had a wonderful experience selling with Curchods. The whole team was great and clearly worked extremely hard, as we had multiple viewings booked almost immediately after putting the house on the market with them! Our house was under offer within 10 days of being launched, and with a huge thanks particularly to Kat, who really did go above and beyond to expedite up and down the chain, we were able to move as swiftly and smoothly as possible! There might be estate agents out there who will charge a slightly smaller commission but in our experience you get what you pay for, and we couldn't be happier with our experience with Curchods.
