Lucy was great with us. Answered any query and super helpful. Especially trying to move with a 20month old. Also during the viewing Lucy was the only person out of all the companies we viewed properties with, who actually acknowledged our son during the viewing letting him explore. Also she informed us of different departments contacting us step by step and gave us a call to make sure we move in ok. We just felt really looked after as tenants and not just a 2nd priority to the landlord which was nice.
