Amy Patfield, Lettings Manager, provided a host of information and advice when I came to her with some rental questions. Having not moved for several years her knowledge of the current property market and rental regulations plus her willingness to assist even though the property I was enquiring about was outside of Guildford, was so lovely and really appreciated. I would not hestiate in recommending friends or family to speak to Amy and her team if they were thinking of moving or putting their property up for rent. They really do know their stuff!

Straight away from the viewing, Joe has been very helpful and we always got quick response to any little queries we had, very professional when helping us sort any issues whilst applying for rental no stress whatsoever, so happy with the service and would highly highly recommend them to everyone and anyone who is looking to rent

Recently had the privilege of dealing with Burns & Webber whilst renting a flat; the process was truly seamless. Dealing with both Amy and Joe during the application process, and subsequent staff since moving in has been a real pleasure. I can't recommend them highly enough.
