From my first encounter with Amy and Laura in the Lettings department at Guildford Burns and Webber I have been so impressed by the professional , efficient and caring service I have received on behalf of my 90 year old father. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have gone beyond the call of duty in making things work for us. Even collecting the keys and it being COVID ‘style’ handover I was welcomed by a smiling face. Once inside the flat it was an unexpected surprise to find a new home card and a box of goodies which dad had great fun delving into !! Thank you both so much and also your sales staff who also always made me welcome when I visited your office.

Thank goodness for Amy Patfield: Amy goes above and beyond by using her knowledge and expefience to give valuable advice. She strives to achieve success and I can't imagine her stopping till she gets it for her clients. She respects both tennants and owners which is rare and correct. She achieves best outcomes for both. I have used most agencies in Guildford over the years. I have several properties. I am sticking with Amy.

friendly and extremely helpful staffs. It’s very rare to have letting agencies who listen and give priority to tenants needs. When I found my place to rent, I have given them a list of things that needs to be completed before I move in, including garden clearance! They included all of that in the contract and also completed them before I moved in. One of the best agencies, giving 5 stars for their timely response and giving priority to the tenants! +++++++++ Writing the below after renting a house with them for more than a year. I have rented many places with different agencies before, but none of them is close to Burns and Webber, in terms of Service, Communication, taking care of tenant needs. There is really no hidden charges. Especially during this most difficult situation (COVID lockdown), they have taken care of all my needs - communication with landlord to negotiate rent, extending the tenancy agreement understanding my situation etc. 5 Stars!

I have dealt with Burns & Webber as both a tenant and a landlord and have found the level of service to be exceptional. Both Joe and Amy have been very helpful, and prompt in their communication, which enabled questions and concerns to be dealt with efficiently and effectively. Would certainly recommend.
