This rental experience has so far been the smoothest we have ever experienced, and we have been very happy with the whole process. The initial contact after an enquiry sent through Zoopla from Kevin was professional, honest, and accurate (the actual property we ended up renting exceeded our expectations when viewing it in real life, unfortunately not something one is used to), and Amy went above and beyond to keep us informed each step of the way. The moving in inventory of the property was very professionally done and extremely thorough, we were very impressed. We would highly recommend Burns & Webber, it has so far definitely been one of the best experiences we have had with estate agents.
