The service I'm getting is fantastic, as I haven't purchased a house for some 37 years, how times have changed, Karl made me feel very comfortable about what the latest requirements are as to selling your House, and moving on... He came across as very Professional person, informing me of all the new requirements you have to go through, and the time scale of the procedure... He has always been accessible during the day, and even attended my home late one afternoon to start the process...

I left a review 4months ago during the early stages of a sale that has now completed. Since then, notwithstanding the problems with the housing/mortgage market in the wake of the “mini budget,” Intercounty have managed to keep the sale on track. Despite a small reduction in price at one stage, they were able to sell the house for a sum which was more than the asking price that had been set back in May and substantially exceeded one of the other local valuations that I received at that time. I think the outcome was an excellent achievement in the circumstances. The staff were all friendly and open to deal with and I felt very confident that Katie was looking after my interests as a client. She kept things moving, kept me informed, and tackled any issues assertively and with a clear head. She was really excellent to work with and there was good support from the rest of the team. I haven't sold a house for well over 30 years and I'm fairly “old school” and when I first walked into Intercounty's open plan office it all seemed a bit more casual than I was expecting. I'm glad I wasn't put off; they know their business and, on the basis of this sale, I would definitely recommend them.
