I instructed Karl and Jake to market our house and they were extremely efficient, arranging photographers ( who took top quality photographs) and agreeing our asking price and explaining the process of selling.The house went live and within less than 12 hours we had sold.The booking of visits ,always accompanied, was really efficient and confirmed by text. Ultimately the service provided by Karl and Jake was outstanding and on top of that they were extremely friendly and professional.I would highly recommend them to anyone.
