Highly recommended

Excellent Fantastic Brilliant exceed the expectation from any angel.
Thomas Marsh is one of a kind team. From start to finish the service is excellent. I personally think that every time you talk to one of the team they always manage to make you feel that you are part of the family. I have bought and sold property a few times myself but never encounter an estate agency as brilliant and caring understanding to any situation arises. Buying or selling a property is always stressful but they always seems to make you feel as your just buying a a bag of sweets.. The team takes understanding and caring into another level , I will certainly in the future use Thomas Marsh again. I will give 5 star the team in all aspects. Special thanks to Naz, Laurent,Bailey, Dan.

Fantastic customer care
It was a pleasure buying our family home through Thomas Marsh. All members of staff are very professional, especially Bailee who was always happy to help. Lauren also kept us updated on the situation and putting us at ease throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Thanks again to everyone at Thomas Marsh for making our move as smooth as possible!!

Magnificent
I must say if someone had told me that my property could get an offer of full asking price in less that 24hr on the market . I would have had a good laugh myself . But Thomas Marsh proved me wrong in less that 24hr of put my property on the market it was given an offer of the full asking price . By that very week , I was able to accept an even higher offer. I must say my experience with Mr Naz who took care of the sale was amazing ,his dedication and attention to details set my property to great heights. I felt I made the right choice choosing to sell my property with Thomas Marsh . 5* Thank you

Funny, informative and always uobeat
Lauren always answered my questions and called me back if I had missed her. 9 times out of 10 I got through to her straight away. Made a very stressful experience be a little easier. Thanks again for your work.

Excellent customer service from the start to the very end of my purchase
A breath of fresh air and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. TM kept me up to date at all times throughout the process and i never needed to chase them to find out the status as they kept me informed sometimes up to a few times per week. They always went out their way to assist me if i wanted an additional viewing to measure up or just to take another look. Both Lauren Tait and Bailey Curran are a huge credit to the firm and I am very thankful for their assistance. Keep up the good work. If I would ever be in a position to buy / sell a property again, without doubt TM would be my number one choice estate agent. Highly recommended!!!!

A professional, friendly & efficient company
From the initial meeting and valuation by Naz, to the accompanied viewings carried out mainly by Dan & Bailee to the completion of the sales process carried out by Lauren, the whol;e process was done in a professional & efficient but friendly manner. A special mention must go to Lauren Tait who kept the sales process moving and dealt with any queries quickly and always with a smile. She kept me constantly informed with everything and went 'the extra mile' to make sure things progressed to the completion date with as minimal stress to me as possible :) The 24 client online portal is ideal to keep up to date on the 'footfall' online of enquiries, viiewings, offers etc after hours and at weekends. I would definitely recommend Thomas Marsh in Grays to anyone thinking of selling.

Top class professional service
From beginning to end. The manager Naz came round to explain a bit about themselves and came across friendly, informative and exactly what we required. It wasn't a hard sale. We were trialed on an app website which was great, cut out phone calls and update as required. The sales staff work arround our busy schdule with children. Once we had the buyer it was passed to Lauren who managed us from start to finish in this process. Again i cannot thank her enough for the attention to detail, information on every issue that occurred. She managed our expectation all the way through. We were in a large chain and we found Lauren lead the way with all other estate agents. Will be passing to friends and family without hesitation.
