Professional, friendly and efficient service!
My husband and I would like to say a big thank you to the team at Thomas Marsh. We recently sold our house with them, and would highly recommend them to anyone else wishing to sell their house. The team are professional, yet friendly and ever so helpful. I forgot how stressful moving was; but the team definitely took the stress out of it. We can’t thank them enough for this! Dan came to value our property, but we felt no pressure in putting the house up for sale with Thomas Marsh, because there was no ‘sales-man’ spiel, unlike another agent who also came to value the house. The house was added to Rightmove within a matter of hours – they wasted no time in getting the property sold, and we really felt that we were being looked after. The process from start to finish had a few hiccups, but the team managed these for us and relieved us from the stress. Whenever we picked up the phone there was someone at the other end ready to answer any questions we might have. (and I did call a lot - so thank you for putting up with me and my numerous questions!) Thank you to Dan, Bailee and especially Lauren, who worked tirelessly with our buyer’s solicitors to finalise the completion as soon as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Friendly and helpful
Without a doubt Lauren is my hero! (And needs a pay rise!!!) Naz you negotiated a good deal (there's always hope for more! However,maybe you could of kept me more updated when my buyers sale fell through!) Bailee you cooked in those suits, in the heat of summer, to show a professional approach when showing my property. Thank you. (However more information about the property prior to showing would of been a bonus) Finally to Lauren - there aren't enough words to describe how she kept me sain in the final process. She went above and beyond what she needed to do. Thank you so much.

Excellent service
Jamie was excellent the minute I called up for a viewing. She is absolutely amazing and very helpful. She dealt with the whole process very fast and I got the keys for the property in a week and a half.. I would highly recommend her or Thomas Marsh to anyone. I had bad experiences with my previous estate agent and Jamie and the team changed mind mind. Very grateful for everything.

Amazing service from beginning to end
If you are looking for a first class service, you are in the right place!! I invited three local estate agents in to value the property. Dan came to value the property from Thomas Marsh and he won us over with his is knowledge of the local area, the prices of properties similar to ours and his professionalism but more importantly for me, didn't give me the hard sell. The property brochure was pure class, the listing on line the same. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Naz and Bailee and they too were very professional and went out of their way to help and answer any of my questions.......and there were many!! The property sold within a very short period of time and we then had the pleasure of dealing with Lauren who again, was very professional and always on the end of the phone. Lauren gave regular updates and stayed in contact so I felt I always knew where we were with the sale. I cannot rate Thomas Marsh highly enough, all of the team but in particular Lauren and Dan. Thanks Guys

Great Service, Great Team and an easy move!
Jamie, Katy and the rest of the team were great from the moment i got in touch regarding the viewing of one of their properties. The process from start to finish was quick and easy and i was moved in within a couple of weeks. Their online system made everything much more efficient in terms of referencing, payment of deposit and administration. There was a slight complication with the move in date and the team worked to get this sorted which i really appreciated. Additionally, due to time issues a check in of the property didn't take place and the team kindly refunded me for this. A great team, providing a great service which resulted in a seamless move. Thank you all.

Great all round service
Naz and his team provided a complete service taking care of everything for me. It is said moving home is one of the most stressful experiences in life so it is good to know you have a competent team on your side. Not everything went to plan and there were difficulties inflicted upon the process by naive and inexperienced players. I was ready to quit but Thomas Marsh managed to swing all players into action. They are prepared to take on the extra work needed to deliver a complicated process smoothly and to everyone's satisfaction. I could not describe them as an ordinary estate agent, they are extraordinary and I expect to see them develop into a nations favourite.

Best lettings agents!
Thomas marsh was nothing but helpful and professional through out our tenancy with them. We mostly delt with Alette Cooper from start to finish who was always quick at replying and solving any issues we had. We would highly recommend Thomas marsh estate agents!

brilliant outstanding proffesional
Thomas & Marsh have been my agent in regards too letting my flat out. They have always been very helpful in every single way. Questions, update communication , . Although, i leave overseas my flat has always been looked after and i never had too worry. A big thank you too Alette!!

The Service Of A Local Estate Agent, With The Professionalism Of A City-based Firm
Although four purchases fell through on us in under a year, Thomas Marsh stayed confident and helpful and routinely went far beyond the call of duty to ensure the sale of our flat and eventual purchase went through as smoothly as could be hoped for under very exceptional circumstances. It was our pleasure to be able to purchase through them, as well as sell, as we firmly believe they earned every penny of the commission due to them. A class act who we would have no hesitation in recommending, and using, in the future!
