Very Helpful and Professional Agent
I've just sold a property through Thomas Marsh in Chafford Hundred which I've owned and let for 20 years. I can only recommend them. Having used Bairstow Eves/Countrywide as a letting agent for 10 years on the house with many issues not aided by them and a successful case against that agent with the Property Ombudsman I was looking for another local agent I could trust to sell on the property once it had been 'put right'. I spoke with a good number and selected Thomas Marsh based on the feedback on this site. Very pleased I did. While it took longer than I'd hoped to sell, Bailee and the team were always; available, direct, professional, helpful, informed, honest. I've been a landlord for many years and dealt with many agents., From a sellers perspective here they were great, with reasonable fee's, were always ensuring footfall or giving feedback. I'd happily put another sale in their hands.

Selling your property can be stressful. Therefore, making the right choice on the sales negotiator was critical for me. Bailee Curran won me from the first contact with his professional attitude and his friendly approach. His experience in the area, based on previous sales, was key to obtain the right valuation for my property. He took excellent photos of the property and prepared a winning online brochure to secure an offer close to the asking price within the first week. Bailee was available on the phone 24/7, following the sale through from day one until completion, contacting the buyer and the solicitors involved to close any open points in a timely manner. He exceeded my expectations, because when a minor repair was needed, and I was abroad, he linked me with one of his contractors, who completed the job straight away. Thank you Bailee for a great job!

Excellent
From beginning to end Thomas Marsh have been fantastic dealing with my sale. When first meeting Naz, I found him to be knowledgeable, honest, transparent, realistic and genuine. After being with another agent previously for 6 months without one offer being made in that time, I was pretty jaded by the whole process., but Thomas Marsh got me an offer within the first day of it being on with them. Bailee has been fantastic these last couple of weeks going above and beyond to push my sale through to exchange. He has always been extremely professional and understanding, especially when dealing with my desperate pleas for help in trying to hurry solicitors along, and chase up other parties in the chain - I cannot praise his efforts enough! Everyone else I have dealt with at Thomas Marsh, have been friendly, polite and professional and have always delivered on what they set out to do. Excellent from Day 1!
Having bought and sold numerous properties Thomas Marsh are without doubt the best agents I have dealt with. Naz and his team did everything possible to ensure my sale went smoothly, they did the viewings while I was at work kept me fully updated on everything that was happening no matter how small. They are honest and realistic and have brilliant knowledge of the local market. Not only did they sell my property but they have also sold my daughters when another agent failed . I would 100% recommend Thomas Marsh. Huge thanks Naz ,Bailee and Lucia (apologies if I left anyone out!)

Excellent end-end service
Everyone at Thomas Marsh has been great to deal with - friendly, knowledgeable and professional. At each hurdle, they were helpful, honest and did everything to ensure the sale progressed without any of the anticipated hassle associated with selling property. Excellent staff
Jasmyne accompanied a new tenant and I found her to be a very pleasant girl with patience, knowledge and efficiency. She dealt with the transaction necessary and replied imediately if I had a query.
