Fantastic service from start to finish
From the moment Naz and Craig came to give me a valuation I knew we were in safe hands. House was sold in just over a week and then Chelsea in Sales Progression took over. Chelsea deserves a pay rise!! Anything I needed to know Chelsea answered super quick.. Thank you Thomas Marsh.

when i first viewed the property, jasmyne gave us as much information as we needed, when the tennacy was going through she was in contact with us all the time with updates on what was going on. when we had to come and sign the tennacy agreement, she was very polite asking how everything was and she did not keep us for long as she knew we had to start moving. she always answer emails qucikly. would highly recommend jasmyne she is very friendly and proffessional

Excellent Service And Dealings With Jasmyne
Jasmyne was really excellent, at telling us everything we needed to know as tenants. She got back to us when she said she would and at the times she said. What really helped was the fact that everything was explained specifically down to every word so we knew exactly what was happening and why. Overall 10/10 Customer Service

Outstanding customer care
Alette has been with us since we have rented our gorgeous flat, every query and need we had with the property she was always very prompt and efficient. She has exceeded our expectations evey time. We highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who will defend your interest too as a tenant, not only the landlord's.

Polite, professional, perfect!
As first time buyers, we were naturally full of stress and questions, but Chelsea and the team were exceptional and quick with their responses and help in general. We couldn't have asked for a smoother transition into homeownership.

Rented after 3 days on the market!
I cannot thank the team enough. Jasmyne was very professional and knowledgeable about my area and development. She presented comparable properties to justify the price. I went for just over the suggested price and she achieved £25 under asking price in 3 days! (This was achieved with hard work and dedication) Throughout this process she’s been reachable and always answered queries promptly. A credit to the business!

Amazing Company, brilliant staff

Best Estate Agent ever!!
I have found Thomas Marsh Grays the best Estate Agent I have ever dealt with. They are friendly, understanding, listen to you and always thrive to satisfy their customers. These guys are very professional, honest and reliable. They will always furnish you with the best advise possible.. Having bought from them twice and based on my experience introduced a Neighbour who was selling. The neighbour was very happy with the services received. Wether you are buying, selling or renting, you are rest assured that you will be dealing with the best Estate Agent no doubt.

fantastic service from the whole team!!
Firstly I would like to thank Naz, Craig and Chelsea at Thomas Marsh for exceptional service right from the start. I firstly dealt with Naz who was freshing with his calm yet informative approach, I was quite ambitious with my valuation for my property and this was agreed by the agent. The local corporate estate agents stated it wouldnt be possible to achieve the amount that I was looking for, but Thomas Marsh were confident from the get go, Craig dealt with the viewings and was always giving feedback after each viewing and giving recomendations. Once a purchaser was found at the asking price, I dealt with Chelsea-very on the ball, she made sure the purchase was smooth and stress free. I could not recommend Thomas Marsh estate agents enough. All the best to the rest of your year guys!!!

Excellent team
I highly recommend using Thomas Marsh they have been professional reliable and helpful they tell you truthfully what's happening which I for one fully appreciate. They were never to busy to answer my questions and always provided the help we needed. I fully recommend that if you want to sell your property give Naz, Chelsea or Bailee a call they don't just market your property they are with you every step of the way Thank you all we could have done it without you all
