My husband and I would like to say a big thank you to the team at Thomas Marsh. We recently sold our house with them, and would highly recommend them to anyone else wishing to sell their house. The team are professional, yet friendly and ever so helpful. I forgot how stressful moving was; but the team definitely took the stress out of it. We can’t thank them enough for this! Dan came to value our property, but we felt no pressure in putting the house up for sale with Thomas Marsh, because there was no ‘sales-man’ spiel, unlike another agent who also came to value the house. The house was added to Rightmove within a matter of hours – they wasted no time in getting the property sold, and we really felt that we were being looked after. The process from start to finish had a few hiccups, but the team managed these for us and relieved us from the stress. Whenever we picked up the phone there was someone at the other end ready to answer any questions we might have. (and I did call a lot - so thank you for putting up with me and my numerous questions!) Thank you to Dan, Bailee and especially Lauren, who worked tirelessly with our buyer’s solicitors to finalise the completion as soon as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
