The house I sold through Balgore's had 5 generations of my family living there so I wanted it to be sold with care and attention that it deserved. Balgore's did this from start to finish. When things looked bad, Frank was straight there and gave his professional opinion and did his upmost best to make sure that we were always contacted whether the news is good or bad. We have moved house 7 times before but have never had an estate agent as professional and helpful as Andrew Perry at Balgores , Gravesend. Andrew and his colleagues, Connor and Frank were dedicated to providing a first class service throughout the sale, from the initial visit from Andrew to value our property, then Connor and Frank accompanying prospective buyers, right through to ensuring that contracts were exchanged within quite a fast period of time. Andrew regularly kept us informed of any queries or developments regarding our sale. Andrew also recommended a Conveyancing group of solicitors and, we were delighted with the speed and efficiency of the solicitor that we were assigned. Everything was done on an online portal which Andrew had access to and as a result, he was able to see how the sale was progressing and was also able to liaise with our buyers’ solicitor. We found this to be extremely helpful especially when there were a few issues that needed to be resolved as we were able to rely on Andrew to get things sorted on our behalf. I would have no hesitation recommending Andrew and his team to any friends or relatives who are thinking of selling their property.

This purchase was not straight forward but with the experience expertise of the Balgores estate agent Gravesend staff they successfully completed my purchase. I rate them really highly as I have known other estate agents in the past who have not been committed to their clients as Balgores.
