I was in a difficult predicament at the time I got in contact with the Gravesend team, and they suffered through countless emails and phone calls with me, patiently explaining what I needed to do and calming me down when I was losing my mind. Great experience and response rate from the rental Team, in particular Ella and Libby who were able to help me every step of the way answering all my questions relating to my new home. Also a really useful online portal system for renters so that everything is managed well and efficiently. Would recommend!
