From start to finish the staff made the process clear and stress free. They were realistic and honest in their approach to letting our flat. They were the perfect mix of professional and friendly. Our dream home was found within weeks After expressing our requirements to Lily, she was able to find the perfect period home within our price range. Looking around the property with Lily was an absolute pleasure. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the current market, matching client's tastes to potential homes and ultimately put our minds completely at ease. We put in an offer there and then. Nicola, Jo and Lily worked together to communicate our wishes and concerns to the sellers as well as solicitors on both sides. From the very beginning, I have had a great experience with the team that worked on my property. Chloe was my first point of contact and she was absolutely amazing to work with. VERY proactive, gave me all the information I needed, wasn’t rushed and then followed up at every point. She managed to get the viewings booked in within 6 hours from when the property went on the market. Once the viewings were done, I worked with Ellie who was a delight to work with too. She liaised with me and my potential tenants and the girls ended up getting me more than I was expecting in rent too. The one thing that I would highlight about Chloe and Ellie is that they were 100% on the ball at all times. Once I confirmed which tenant I want to go with, I was handed over to Hollie and Stacey who handle the remaining process of getting the tenants in to the property. Again, they were very responsive and went the extra mile to make this as easy as possible. Thanks to these guys I have someone in the property at a much better rate in less than 3 weeks! I just hope the property management team are as good as these guys.
