I just recently purchased a property via this Estate Agent, 12 Hatton Close. Although another staff member showed the property to me but Andy assisted in progressing the matter to a very successful conclusion. It was seamless from the beginning to the end, I give credit to them.

As indicated above we were satisfied with the service received. We achieved our asking price and successfully sold our bungalow in spite of COVID restrictions. The sales team did a good job in encouraging several viewings which led to the successful sale followed up by the post sales team which despite one or two hiccups further down the chain in finalising completion all went well and as no fault of the team. So over all I will finish as I started by expressing my satisfaction and thanks to all.

Thank God for RMJ, had it not been for Tammy and Reece, in the Gravesend offices, I’m not sure I would have made it through this difficult sale. Highly recommend them for taking the headache away from dealing with solicitors, making sure they could step in and help every step of the way.

The property I was selling sold within a week of going on sale, and it only needed one morning of showing viewers around the property.
