I picked RMJ because they have a big local presence. I also had one other big local estate agent come round to measure and quote. Out of the two, I felt RMJ was just ahead, the pricing was fair and the explanation of their services was clear and concise. I was specifically looking for a hands off sale, where RMJ did literally everything, viewings, chase calls etc. And they did just that. The sale went through very quickly and was painless. They kept me up to date and the frequency and detail of calls and emails was to my liking. I decided to go with Andy and the team at Robinson Michael and Jackson after looking at a few options. I must say my faith in estate agents has been restored after a few bad experiences with previous agents. From the initial valuation, Andy was honest and realistic in what he felt my property was worth. I was armed with my own research and facts in preparation for a pushy salesman however Andy was not pushy at all and was very professional at all times which I valued as a few competitors were significantly lacking this.
