We bought our house via RMJ 13 years ago. We had a good service from them than and they kept us up to date with what was going on, better than our solicitor did. Things haven't changed, when we decided to sell they were efficient, upfront, honest, didn't do a hard sell on us. Reece was very helpful when he came to the house initially, and on the phone after. To be honest, there wasn't one person we spoke with, or met, who was impolite. Everyone was pleasant and the work was to a very high standard. Jo who kept us informed through the sale completion liaised well with us and our buyers. What was a nice surprise was suddenly realising it was Jo who did the exact same thing when we bought our house. in days where there can be a lot of staff turnover its nice to find a constant.
