We are renting from Martin & Co for few years now and whenever there is an issue in the house they are always responding really quick. Can't complain about them and could definitely recommend this agency if you are looking to rent a house from them.

All of the dealings we have had with the rental side of Martin and Co have been extremely positive , if we have reported a problem they are very quick to help . All of the staff that I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful , I would definitely recommend them to others.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from Martin and Co from the beginning of my application for my rented property to present. The team are always very helpful and accommodating when I have a query about my property, and immediately inform my landlord of any questions or problems I have encountered. Infact on one particular occasion I had a problem with my shower and from the initial call to the contractor arriving it was only 2 hours . I cannot fault them at all and would highly recommend them to any potential customers. Rachel Nettleton

Had a wonderful experience with Chloe at Martin and Co. Being a first time buyer there was a hundred and one things I was unsure on and didn't know. After contacting Chloe regarding a property, not only did she take time out of her day to go through the property details etc with me, she also went through all the questions I had and information I would need to know in regards to first time buying. I couldn't be more thankful, she really has helped me understand the process more and was more than willing to keep me updated about new properties which came on the market. Amazing service!!!!!!
