Lucy at the Grantham branch has been an amazing help! All my issues with my property were addressed quickly and efficiently, even when chasing for external issues were required this was done so promptly. I am very pleased with the service I have received from Martin and Co from the beginning of my application for my rented property to present. The team are always very helpful and accommodating when I have a query about my property, and immediately inform my landlord of any questions or problems I have encountered. Infact on one particular occasion I had a problem with my shower and from the initial call to the contractor arriving it was only 2 hours . Been with Martin & Co since 2019 and with my time letting from them they have always been clear and upfront with all information they have available and are legally able to share, they have always been reasonable with issues/interest of conflict regarding certain issues. Fantastic service, problem with boiler and an engineer was sent out within about an hour of reporting the problem. Can’t thank you enough Chloe for your efficiency and speed in sorting it out. Highly recommend.
