We are renting from Martin & Co for few years now and whenever there is an issue in the house they are always responding really quick. Can't complain about them and could definitely recommend this agency if you are looking to rent a house from them.

All of the dealings we have had with the rental side of Martin and Co have been extremely positive , if we have reported a problem they are very quick to help . All of the staff that I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful , I would definitely recommend them to others.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from Martin and Co from the beginning of my application for my rented property to present. The team are always very helpful and accommodating when I have a query about my property, and immediately inform my landlord of any questions or problems I have encountered. Infact on one particular occasion I had a problem with my shower and from the initial call to the contractor arriving it was only 2 hours .
