Dealt mainly with Becky and Kimberley (Viewing) and found her to be more than helpful on a few occasions.. even persuaded the landlord to put my moving in date back a week because of the notice period on my old flat. An unenviable job in a fast paced environment where you need to have 6 hats on at the same time. Deposit with the DPS, communication was swift and concise and I've been in a week now.
