Owen has been very friendly and helpful. He was also very knowledgeable about the property, and listened to my requirements. I would definitely recommend arranging a viewing with him.

Sarah Hewitt was very friendly, and efficient. To give one bit of constructive feedback, I felt at times that email responses were to brief - often skipping over questions I had asked. As a relatively inexperienced buyer, I would have appreciated a little more time taken to answer my questions in full, leaning toward informative vs. ruthlessly efficient. I guess this is due to the volume of enquiries - but from a customer perspective, it certainly felt that way at times. Aside from that, no complaints, as I feel the buyer & seller got the result we wanted, facilitated well by Dawsons. :)

Good Morning I am disappointed that you found our level of service unsatisfactory. I can only presume this 1 star is in relation to two very brief conversations we have had with you as you are not a registered client and so if I may explain. I understand you spoke with a colleague last Saturday when you enquired about viewing a property, we explained our strict Covid-19 viewing procedures following Government guidelines and subsequently went on to arrange the viewing as initially from the basic information we could glean you did meet the required criteria. However, you were in a rush to end the phone call as you advised us you did not have time to provide us with any further information such as your home address and any further details in your relation to your current status. It was agreed that you would call us back to give us the required information and in the meantime we booked a preliminary viewing appointment. As does happen the property has since gone under offer prior to your preliminary arrangement to view. As we had still not heard from you we called out of courtesy to explain the situation and that our vendor no longer wished to have any further viewings conducted at their property. As you can appreciate during this pandemic we have strict procedures in place following Government guidelines to minimise risk of transmission to our staff and clients, their health and safety is our priority. Equally we do require basic information, such as home address etc, in the respect of our staff’s safety when conducting viewings, which equally is paramount. We asked would you like to register for property alerts with us to avoid you losing out on any future suitable properties to which you declined. Went into gorseinon branch this week ,i was greeted by a new manager called sharon who was very happy polite and professional and couldnt do enough to help me ,i would advise anyone buying or selling a house to give sharon a call first ,as i have bought properties around the gorseinon area and rented them out .

It's been a very long journey with Dawsons in Gorseinon but at long last we seem to be getting there. Hopefully they can sell the property now without any more hitches. Will review again when property is sold
