We have used the sales team at Oulsnams to sell our mother’s house, we have been extremely lucky to have Natalie, Branch manager at the Northfield branch in Birmingham working on our sale. I have found Natalie to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly, and Natalie is always clear on advice . Natalie is always quick to respond and often will pick up the phone rather than wait to either chase or remind me or answer any questions. I couldn’t recommend Natalie, and therefore Oulsnams, more highly and I would certainly encourage family and friends to use the service. Thank you
