We are extremely happy with our experience of selling our property through Burns & Webber (Godalming). We were encouraged to consider a higher value for our property than what we have expected, and it even went for well over that. Karl in particular worked really hard get us to exchange despite some serious issues at the bottom the chain, and at no point did I feel any need to chase or push for further action because I was kept up to date constantly. We really couldn't have asked for more, and it's definitely the first time I don't feel resentful of the commission cost because they really earned it! We will absolutely sell with Burns & Webber again.

Jan 2022 sale in Godalming; can't rate Joanne and team highly enough. We gave them late notice to go to market and they reacted instantly and found an over asking price buyer in two days. Offer to completion in 8 weeks, needless to say we were totally delighted. Thoroughly recommended.
