The smart & friendly office in Godalming set the tone for this estate agent. It was always a pleasure to deal with Alice Jakob in particular, in what became a lengthy house search for us. Alice was always communicative, informed & professional, she seemed to understand and be interested in what we were looking for & in our feedback & thoughts. Simply fantastic service and truly night and day experience between Burns & Webber compared to other local estate agents. Right from the start the team was extremely progressional by asking all the right questions, collating data, history and being prepared to answer any and all questions by potential buyers. This enabled confident and quick time to offers to be generated where my previous estate agent was unable to generate a single offer within 6+ months.
