Having just completed on the sale of our house and moved into our new home, we can't recommend Sage Residential more highly. We'd been on the market with two other agents and weren't really pleased with how things were being handled. We hadn't received a single offer (admittedly the whole market was quiet as a mouse) so we decided maybe third time would be the charm and the experience with Becky was SO much better. We felt she was trustworthy, there was no BS, and she is genuinely invested in selling and for the best price possible. Once we sold, there were several hiccups with our buyer which was hugely stressful for me but Becky navigated it all with care and managed to hold things together, ultimately resulting in completion. HOORAY! If you're thinking of instructing Sage Residential, you won't regret it.
