I rented a 2 bed house for 5 years. In that time, I had a leak from the bath, and ceiling collapsed . The toilet also leaked. That was the bad part. The good part is contractors came out very quickly and sorted it all out. That is what a good landlord should do, and they delivered. All the staff , from the moment i picked up the keys, untill the end of my tenancy, have been helpful and friendly. I had visits from Tracey to check on the house. Always pleasant and fair. I would go with the Ptoperty Centre again if the need arises.

Me and my wife bought our house a year ago. From the property centre. We renovated our house and decided to get the property centre to come back and have a look at our renovation project. On the off chance we asked what sort of price we could get. We were pleasantly surprised. So after a little thought we decided to put it on the market with the property centre. ( Emma Grainger was the person that came out.) They were very professional at all time’s, we didn’t feel any pressure whatsoever. It has been a hard time to sell at the moment with the economic crisis.
