After renting out the property through your rental dept, we decided to sell it. The Longlevens branch office under Emma Grainger did a great job of finding a buyer. Then the Progressions dept took over and drove the sale through to completion. Their contribution allowed the transaction to conclude in a rapid and unstressful manner. The Property Centre was recommended to me by a friend when I had to sell my late mother's home in Longlevens. The agent completely understood my circumstances, trying to sell a vacant house while living 100 miles away. Everyone bent over backwards to accommodate me by opening up for viewing using a key safe and ensuring that the property was locked up securely afterwards. All requests for information were responded to quickly and efficiently. I was presented with three options from potential buyers and the manager took me through each one carefully to ensure that I made an informed choice. I chose wisely gaining 5k above the asking price with no hiccups through to completion.

I had registered some interest in other local estate agents and the property centre was the last one I went to. Not because it was last on my list, because I felt I didn’t need to go anywhere else. I was greeted by Tom who spent some time not only asking the questions they all do, but actually listening to the answers. After a short while, it was was evident he simply understood what I was looking for. He quickly identified a property and arranged a viewing. Tom met us at the property, promptly and with enthusiasm. Whilst he walked around the property with us he gave is enough space to explore, discuss and ask questions. This approach gave us scope to make a quicker decision as to our next steps. Tom was completely approachable, understanding and knowledgeable. Prior to meeting Tom I was not planning on using an estate agent at all to sell my property. Service from Emma from the Property Centre and all the other staff was brilliant from start to finish, they were very proactive & kept me in the loop in the process of selling my house, & I came out with a really good outcome that I was happy with. Professional service with communication via mainly email which was easier for me, however there was always someone avaliable if I phoned too. The process was made very easy. Thank you all!

Last month I purchased a property through The Property Centre Longlevens. I am moving from out of the area to be nearer to work in Gloucester & my friends who live locally & have seen several properties over the months with various agents. Tom met me at the house on both occasions & was fantastic, very personable unlike most agents (he even noticed I'd had my hair done the 2nd time!) He happily answered my questions, took an interest in my plans & offered local advice. He allowed us plenty of time to wander around the house at our own pace without any pressure. I decided this was the property for me, both Tom & Emma were very professional during the negotiations never being pushy but keeping me informed & I'm so pleased to say that my offer was accepted!
