Before putting the property on the market, Rebecca made my mum feel at ease, clearly explaining the sales process and what to expect. Chloe took beautiful photos. Within minutes of the property going on the market Ben was arranging many viewings and attended them all, with several above asking price offers being received within days. Once the chain was complete it was over to Susan who kept in contact with me weekly and towards the latter stages daily to keep us updated, working hard to move our sale through to exchange. Lorna was brilliant. What I liked was that Lorna really worked hard at negotiations, working for us, rather than just trying to gain a quick sale. I have sold many houses over the years with various estate agents and many lure you in with a high selling price, but are then on your back to reduce the cost regularly. Lorna understood that we didn’t want that type of service and negotiated on our behalf to gain an honest price for our property.
