Our main dealings were with Susan Moffat & Ben. Susan has been so helpful throughout the whole process not only in getting this over the line for us but also, and to me more importantly her phone manner and personality is so pleasant and up beat. She has been a delight to deal with on sometimes a daily basis, and the fact that she was genuinely so pleased for us when we finally got to exchange contracts means a lot to us.
