Lorna was brilliant. What I liked was that Lorna really worked hard at negotiations, working for us, rather than just trying to gain a quick sale. I have sold many houses over the years with various estate agents and many lure you in with a high selling price, but are then on your back to reduce the cost regularly. Lorna understood that we didn’t want that type of service and negotiated on our behalf to gain an honest price for our property.
