The Property Centre have always been incredibly helpful, especially as we were searching for a rental property in the middle of lockdown. Their communication with us was great, and they were accommodating to the fact that we lived outside the county before moving to Gloucester. The Property centre Longlevens is an established company and well known in the area. I was buying from outside Gloucester and having a confident and credible team was important to me. I didn't end up finding my dream home with them, but their experience and wealth of information was fantastic and they helped me figure out my needs above what I thought was important to look for in a home. If you're buying or selling and are assigned Lorna, you need to immediately change to someone else. Absolutely awful person who had no one's best interest in mind, is extremely rude and has some serious communication issues. Avoid at all costs, get someone else! The seller almost lost us as a buyer due to negligence of Lorna. It wasn't until the seller reached out to us directly that things began to move smoothly. All other members of staff we interacted with were fantastic, otherwise this would be a 1 star review.
