Very bad service purchase a flat from them the conotion is very bad I had a very bad experience

The positives - on time for every viewing, quick to relay offers and information prior to the sale proceeding, the agent we collected keys from was very nice too. The negatives - first agent was really putting on a heavy sale at each property, my partner and I are experienced in sales and saw through every hard sale tactic, we even told him he was being a salesman when he said he wasn't. it was very off putting and distractive. second agent at our second viewing was absolutely lovely, get him to do more than just Saturday! third agent at our third viewing made constant negative comments about the property, interjected with weird giggles between sentences and about the fact we were going to live in the house, describing our intentions as "weird" Dawn was also frosty to deal with particularly. unfortunately somewhere along the communication chain the information that the seller had LPA wasn't told to us, in fact we were told twice by the first and second agents that the occupants brother owned the house. the truth came out when the owner sadly passed away and we were coldly told it would become a probate sale. I questioned why we were told twice that the gentleman's brother owned it to which I recieved a reply stating what the seller had told you while arranging the sale, but no explanation was offered why that wasn't said to us at any stage prior, nor was any apology made, for the communication error. note that we strongly considered pulling out of the sale because of this, especially the way Dawn addressed my concern and would have reached out to the seller via his solicitors directly to avoid any "miscommunication" about it after that point I was completely cut off from any communication about the sale by Dawn, which made me feel really put out, especially as I was the one paying the deposit. after that point we recieved updates about probate & the sale 2 to 3 days after we already recieved updates from our solicitors. In future we'll look to use another agent for selling and probably try to avoid buying a property being sold through you.

Another agency that don't respond to emails via their website, received several automated replies but no actual responses. No-one to speak to either. Far from the best customer service.
