If you're buying or selling and are assigned Lorna, you need to immediately change to someone else. Absolutely awful person who had no one's best interest in mind, is extremely rude and has some serious communication issues. Avoid at all costs, get someone else! The seller almost lost us as a buyer due to negligence of Lorna. It wasn't until the seller reached out to us directly that things began to move smoothly. All other members of staff we interacted with were fantastic, otherwise this would be a 1 star review.
