I had registered some interest in other local estate agents and the property centre was the last one I went to. Not because it was last on my list, because I felt I didn’t need to go anywhere else. I was greeted by Tom who spent some time not only asking the questions they all do, but actually listening to the answers. After a short while, it was was evident he simply understood what I was looking for. He quickly identified a property and arranged a viewing. Tom met us at the property, promptly and with enthusiasm. Whilst he walked around the property with us he gave is enough space to explore, discuss and ask questions. This approach gave us scope to make a quicker decision as to our next steps. Tom was completely approachable, understanding and knowledgeable. Prior to meeting Tom I was not planning on using an estate agent at all to sell my property. However after meeting him, I was so impressed with him I’ve asked for him to assist with the sale of my property. I would absolutely recommend using Tom to others. He’s a credit to his team.
